2. Add-ons
Every plan includes POS, billing and the core of your shop for one branch. When you need more, add any of these on top of your plan. The price of each add-on is shown in the HM Business app before you switch it on, and you can switch it off at the end of any month.

3. How billing works
- First 30 days free. Every new business uses HeyMachi free for its first 30 days. No card or payment details are needed, and you are charged only from the second month, and only if you choose a plan.
- Prices exclude GST. GST at 18% is added to every invoice. We issue a GST tax invoice showing your GSTIN if you give it to us.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each month and can be cancelled at any time. You pay only for the month you are in; nothing is charged for later months.
- Yearly plans are paid upfront for twelve months at 11 months’ price, so one month is free. A yearly plan runs for the full year it was bought for; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Introductory price. The Starter introductory price applies to your first twelve paid months. From the thirteenth month the regular price applies; we remind you before that happens.
- Order count. “Orders” means bills and orders created in HeyMachi across your business in a calendar month. If you go over your plan’s limit in two months in a row, we tell you at least 15 days before moving you to the right plan from your next billing cycle.
- How you pay. UPI (including UPI Autopay), debit or credit card, or net banking, processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. Invoices are due within 15 days.
4. What is not included
- WhatsApp and SMS messages you send to your customers through HeyMachi are charged per message at the rate shown in the app before you switch them on.
- Payment gateway charges on payments your customers make to you are charged by the payment provider under your agreement with them.
- Hardware such as printers, tablets or barcode scanners is not sold by HeyMachi and is not included in any plan.
5. Changing or cancelling a plan
You can move to a higher plan at any time; the higher price applies from your next billing cycle. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If we change our prices, paying customers get at least 30 days’ notice and the new price applies only from the next renewal. The full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
